Shipping label printing guide

Print eBay shipping labels without rebuilding the PDF

Use the printable label eBay gives you, then fit it to the paper and printer you actually use. The Chrome extension can also shorten supported eBay import workflows.

Bring in the original label

Upload an eBay PDF, JPG or PNG in the web app. If a PDF contains several pages, LabelLime treats each page as an individual label in the same workspace.

With the Chrome extension installed, supported eBay label links can be opened more directly in LabelLime.

Choose A4, US Letter or thermal

Use an existing sheet profile, a custom template, or a one-label-per-page thermal profile such as 4 × 6 inches.

If the downloaded label has large margins or arrives in an awkward orientation, crop, rotate and resize it to fit without stretching.

Combine several orders

Add multiple eBay labels together and fill the available label spaces before creating another page. This is useful when you are packing several orders in one session.

Keep using a part-used sheet

Mark positions that have already been printed or peeled. LabelLime can remember those unavailable positions locally and continue using the remaining spaces on the same physical sheet.

FAQ

Questions people ask

Can LabelLime print more than one eBay label per A4 page?

Yes. Choose a multi-label A4 template and add several labels. LabelLime can place them into available spaces and continue onto additional pages if needed.

Does the web app need access to my eBay account?

No. The web app works with files you choose to upload. Marketplace integration is an optional Chrome extension feature.
