Print Vinted labels on A4 without wasting the rest of the sheet

Use the printable label Vinted gives you, then place it on the A4 or adhesive sheet you actually have. LabelLime is aimed at sellers who prefer printing at home rather than relying on shop-printed QR labels.

Upload the Vinted label

Add the PDF, JPG or PNG you downloaded. If the file contains more than one page, LabelLime turns each page into its own editable label.

Choose the paper you actually use

Select an A4 preset, an Avery-style profile or a custom template. If the label arrives with large blank margins or the wrong orientation, crop, rotate and resize it before printing.

Print several parcels together

Import a batch of Vinted labels and fill the available positions on the current sheet before LabelLime moves additional labels onto another page.

Keep a partly used sheet in circulation

Mark spaces that have already been peeled or printed. LabelLime can remember those unavailable positions locally so the next label goes into a space that still exists on the physical sheet.

Only reuse flat, undamaged sheets with no exposed adhesive or lifting edges, and follow your printer manufacturer’s guidance.

FAQ

Questions people ask

Can I put more than one Vinted label on one A4 page?

Yes. Choose a multi-label A4 template and add several labels to the same workspace.

Does LabelLime work with QR-only Vinted postage?

LabelLime works with printable label files. If a postage method only provides a shop-scanned QR code and no printable label, there is no label file for LabelLime to arrange.
