Resize awkward shipping labels without stretching them
When a marketplace gives you a label surrounded by whitespace, rotated sideways or sized for a different printer, LabelLime lets you fix the printable label rather than edit the original document.
Crop away unwanted space
Select a label and trim the edges so only the area you actually need is used in the layout. This is useful when the source PDF contains a small label on a much larger page.
Rotate and resize to fit
Rotate in 90° steps, then use Resize to fit the current label space while preserving the image proportions. You can also remember whether LabelLime should resize automatically after rotation.
Drag freely or snap into place
Move labels manually for unusual jobs, or use snapping for repeatable sheet positions. Numbered spaces help you identify where each physical label sits on the sheet.
Export or print the finished batch
Print the whole workspace or export a multi-page PDF. Screen-only guides and controls are removed from the printable output.
Questions people ask
Does resizing stretch the barcode?
The Resize-to-fit action preserves the label’s proportions. Manual free resizing is available too, so use fit-to-space when you want to avoid distortion.
Can I resize a multi-page PDF?
Yes. Each PDF page is imported as a separate label, which you can edit individually.
