Waste less paper

Skip used spaces and keep the rest of your label sheet in circulation.

Reuse your sheet
One printing workspace

No screenshots. No Word templates. No wasted sheets.

Capture a label, make it fit, and use every space on your sheet. One friendly workspace for the web and Chrome.

PDF, JPG & PNG

Import a whole batch at once

Add multiple files together. Every page of a PDF becomes a separate label, and when one sheet fills up LabelLime can continue the remaining labels onto another workspace page.

Remember the labels you already used

Tap a label space to mark it unavailable. LabelLime remembers part-used sheets and can continue filling the physical sheet sitting next to your printer instead of wasting the remaining labels.

Flexible editing

Move, crop, rotate, resize, copy and lock

Drag a label freely or snap it into a numbered space. Resize to fit without stretching, crop unwanted whitespace, rotate by 90°, duplicate labels, fill available spaces and lock finished positions.

A4, US Letter, thermal and custom templates

Use built-in sheet profiles, create custom rectangle or circular layouts, or switch to 4 × 6, 4 × 2 and 2 × 1 inch thermal profiles. Margins, gaps and label stock stay tied to the template you use.

Stock that remembers

Track full sheets and confirm successful prints

Store how many unused sheets or thermal labels you have. LabelLime only changes that stock after you confirm the job actually printed, so cancelling a browser print dialog does not silently consume inventory.

Chrome extension

Open labels from eBay, Etsy and Vinted

The extension adds faster marketplace and PDF workflows: import supported label links from eBay, Etsy and Vinted, or open the current HTTPS PDF in LabelLime from Chrome. The web app provides the same editor for normal uploads without requiring marketplace permissions.

Built-in feedback

Report problems without leaving the product

The web page mirrors the extension’s feedback modal, with optional contact details, a Formspree submission path and no automatic attachment of label files.

FAQ

Shipping-label printing questions

Does LabelLime upload my shipping labels?

No. The web app processes the files in your browser. The privacy page explains the separate extension marketplace-import and feedback flows.

Can I use a partly used label sheet?

Yes. Mark spaces unavailable, then place new labels only in the remaining positions. Only reuse flat, undamaged sheets with no exposed adhesive or lifting edges, and follow your printer manufacturer’s guidance.

Can I print to a thermal printer?

Yes. LabelLime includes 4 × 6, 4 × 2 and 2 × 1 inch thermal profiles. Match the same paper size in your print dialog and print at 100% scale.

What is the difference between the web app and extension?

The editor features are available in the web app. The Chrome extension also adds supported marketplace/PDF import shortcuts that an ordinary website cannot inject into other sites.
